Lusail city, Qatar’s most advanced and sustainable city. A city that has a lot to offer, from breathtaking views to amazing residential developments and luxurious entertainment facilities, the City of Future has it all. The greatest area that this city has to offer seems to be the Lusail City Marina.

Iconic architectural towers along with beautiful marina walkways integrated with spectacular landscapes, highlight the Marina among other neighborhoods inside Lusail.

The Marina district is a mixed-use zone where it will have commercial, offices and residential towers along with entertainment facilities such as the Marina mall and the yacht club.

Transportation is another important factor as well, the Marina district will have underground metro stations and in ground tram stations where it will be connected with different areas inside and outside Lusail.

The availability of the underground parking is another important point to reduce the traffic and the hassle for residents and employees.

In addition, the Marina will be considered the new Commercial Business District (CBD) of Qatar. As all the ministries and main companies in Qatar started to move inside the Marina already.
