As the World Cup FIFA 2022 approching, Lusail city keeps fascinating the residents and visitors with more and more facilities and districts in order to create the perfect place to be one of the main attraction points in Qatar for the tourists and world cup 2022 fans.

The city will offer a range of entertainment venues in many different zones, the major concentration district is Lusail Down Town which is planned as one of the most important destinations in Qatar.

The district is consisting of four Zones located in the heart of Lusail, the vision of the Down Town is to create a luxurious multi functional area integrated within a sophisticated urban environment. 

Its consisting of below:

• Lusail Plaza
• Plaza Tower
• Seef Lusail
• Lusail Boulevard

Lusail Plaza

Lusail Plaza located in the heart of Lusail, it overlooks the coast at the end of the Boulevard District and connect it with Seef Lusail. 

The Plaza creates a central open space (Amphitheater) for congregation and can accommodate events for up to 10,000 people. This is also a possible venue and fan zone for the visitors to the FIFA Q2022 events.

In addition, the design of the amphitheater created in a way to act as an underground metro station, also the availability of LRT stations which it connect the plaza with Qatar’s public transport network. 

Plaza Towers

The Plaza is defined  by four iconic towers providing a focus to the city and to the Plaza itself.

The Plaza Towers are positioned in a way to get the full focus of Lusail city and to be captured from different district around the city, they are considered the highest towers in Lusail where every tower will be dedicated for e special entity. 

The bases of these towers are surrounded by a series of low level podium buildings that create a series of interconnected unique public spaces where a range of activities can take place.

Seef Lusail 

Seef Lusail is located directly on the coastline, the Cornish is carefully designed to create a fascinating community avenues for the visitors, the palms and boardwalk will be continued into the surrounding districts to give homogeneity to the entire corniche.

The Seef will have varieties of Restaurant, Cafes and Shopping Retails, with beautiful view over the sea. 

Lusail Boulevard

Is a 1.3 Km long road, that is consisting of almost 18 multi-use buildings with a very unique architectural designs building where it will have Residential, Commercial and Offices, in addition to High End Brand Retails and many Restaurants and Cafes with breathtaking views. 

Almost 51% of the projects infrastructure is dedicated for the commercial use, many Shopping Centers, 4 to 5 Starts Hotel, art galleries, Showrooms and much more. 

The Boulevard Located at the heart of Lusail City and starts from Al-Khor High-way west to Towers of Lusail Plaza east. 

The Boulevard designed in accordance with the highest international standards, in order to create a modern sophisticated landmark, in addition to the smart transportation system that is being applied,  where there will be underground parking that fits more than 2000 vehicles, and the availability of LRT stations for easy transportation.
