Translator Arabic (Cum PRO)

We are looking for a candidate who can work as a Full Time Translator and can fulfill all kinds of bilingual requirements of the company and represents the company at different offices like Airport, Embassies, Police station, Ministries, Municipalities, Traffic Departments, KAHRAMA office and other government departments. A candidate can also deal with Arabic guests and act as intermediate between the Company Management and Arabic guests providing bilingual assistance and follow up the communications.

  • Submits, initiates follow-up and gathers all new work and business visas to guarantee that the visas are handled and processed on time.
  • Prepares labor contracts and get it attested by the Ministry of Labor.
  • Renews/Cancels Residence Permits on relevant portal.
  • Prepares and submits all govt. related papers and applications offline and online like Visa Transfer applications, Absconded persons reporting, Waste dumping permits, Street closure permits, Trucks road permits, Passport change in Qatar ID, Exit permits, etc.
  • Make sure all business and trade licenses are updated, follow-up official approvals and permits to prevent unnecessary violations.
  • Renews all company related licenses prior to their expiry date.
  • Manages timely renewals of registration cards of company vehicles. 
  • Collects insurance and complete vehicle inspections on time.
  • Deals promptly and productively on general enquiries about PRO functions
  • Prepares letters, reports, contracts, business/investment proposals in Arabic and English
  • Provides Arabic language assistance to the staff and workers as per the requirements.
  • Translates documents between Arabic and English
  • Prepares/reviews company’s contracts in Arabic and English ensuring the feasibility
  • Requests and obtains permits, gate passes and vehicle pass, etc. from government authorities

  • Typing and Translation skill (Arabic and English)
  • Qatar Driving License preferred
