I completed BTEC-HND in Telecom Engineering awarded by International Edexcel UK and I have more than 7 years working experience in Qatar. I worked as Technical Support officer for ISP Teams in Al saad ooredoo office and worked as a Team Leader in Qatar National Broadband Ooredoo Fttx project. Currently I am in Doha Qatar. I am looking for a good job in a reputable company. I have valid QID with NOC and valid Qatar Driving License.

• Install and configure software and hardware
• Manage network servers and technology tools
• Set up accounts and workstations
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
