1993 After two years of successful marketing in Japan, the GS series began to show a series that was modeled after the Toyota series.
In 1994, Lexus offered the second generation of the Lexus LS, a car that witnessed the beginning of the success of the fledgling company, the new generation witnessed
extensive developments in design, and in May 1995 the United States government threatened to sell Lexus when it required 100% taxes to allow imported cars to cross the country,Sales returned normally after one month, when Japanese traders agreed to increase US investment.

In 1995, Lexus offered its first sports car, the Lexus LX 450, and two years later, Lexus
offered the first luxury SUV, the RX 300, as a development of the GS 300 sedan category. With time, the GS 300 took the place of the ES 300 as the best-selling vehicle in Lexus.
In 1999, Lexus celebrated the sale of the millionth car on the US market to become one
of the best-selling cars in the USA, and in 2001 the company launched its new SC 430 convertible.
