Indian Male B.com graduate with 9 years experience as an Accountant in Qatar with accounts package experience in tally, sage300, excel, NOC available and can start with a job as soon as possible.

• Handling cash and collections of cash on a daily basis from Couriers
• Checking their daily reports and delivery run sheets
• Handling petty cash and controlling expenses
• Preparing COD invoices and receipts and payment vouchers
• Preparing bank deposits slips and financial analysis
• Preparing bank reconciliation statements
• Preparing statements of accounts and following up on outstanding payments.
• Maintains records for receipts books and stationery expenses
• Checking and verifying the records of COD customers and updating systems
• Preparing sales Invoices and debit–credit notes.

•    Handle incoming and outgoing shipments
•  Prepare invoices and delivery orders
•  Ensure that items are properly packed and labeled
•  Make sure that items are loaded onto shipment vehicle in a safe and timely
•  Ensure that the warehouse is cleaned and maintained at all times
•  Count daily cycles of assigned areas
•  Maintaining records of imports and exports AWB and file those as per datewise.
