• Handling cash and collections of cash on daily basis from Couriers
• Checking their daily reports and delivery run sheets
• Handling petty cash and controlling expenses
• Preparing COD invoices and receipts and payment vouchers
• Preparing bank deposits slips and financial analysis
• Preparing bank reconciliation statements
• Preparing statement of accounts and following up outstanding payments.
• Maintains records for receipts books and stationary expenses
• Checking and verifying the records of COD customers and updating in systems
• Preparing sales Invoices and debit – credit notes.
• Maintaining records of Company employees such as check when their annual leave is due and prepares leave salary,
• Doing outdoor work such as banking work, and Ooredoo , Kharama bill payment and other activities.
