The 2016 Ford Expedition is a good SUV. Its roomy third row makes it an anomaly in the class, and it can tow more than many of its rivals. For 2016, the available SYNC 3 infotainment system replaced the original, hard-to-use SYNC infotainment system. It produces more than enough power to move the large SUV across highways with ease. A six-speed automatic transmission is standard. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration evaluated the Expedition in three crash tests: frontal, side, and rollover. The Expedition received a perfect five-star rating for its overall crashworthiness, as well as in the frontal and side crash tests.The 2016 Expedition comes standard with rear parking sensors and a rearview camera. It's available with front parking sensors, a blind spot information system, and rear cross traffic alert.
