Damascus Mazzeh Villa opposite Villa Shaleesh

Apartment just across from Villa Shaleesh ( relative of Assad ) very prestigious safely guarded road. It was rented 10 years ago and contract expired so renter maintained residence. Due to not living in Syria nor visiting anylonger I would like to sell my shares of my father's house where we grew up. There is a beautiful terrace overlooking all of Damascus from top of the hill and night light view is breathtaking ( ever lasting memories ). Houses in area are very rare and highly valuable due to embassy locations around the villas down the road. The highstreet has amazing restaurants and shops ( Mazzeh Autostrad ).

I have shares with my brother and buying mine will give you right to take the house to an auction and pay a reduced price for the rest of the shares and own it full ( thats a bargain deal of auction homes one in a 100 years ) I advise you do that soon as the prices are very low due to the war and you fully own it and can keep ot for years or sell at far high prices when all have calmed and value is higher in $ then.

its the equivalent of owning a place infront of a palace for quarter if not 10% of the price. In 10/20 years it will boom and I dont mind keeping my shares except that Im not going to be able to buy the rest in an auction so will be losing the chance to fully own it in very reduce rate at the moment .
