Hotel Certificate
A course with a certificate at the Institute of Flight Attendants in Beirut
Excellent English
Decent appearance and good physique
4 years of experience working within one of the most important airlines

Tact and kindness in dealing with passengers
Identification of the flight, number of hours, and the name of the pilot and co-pilot
Provide instructions and challenges to know
Introducing passengers to safety exits and how to deal with emergency situations
Fulfilling passengers' requests and helping take care of young children
Dealing with some sick cases and providing the necessary first aid
Communicate with passengers in English and Arabic smoothly
