I have had over 20 years working within various organizations and industries, including Banking(Corporate) & financial Institutions, fine-tuning my skills in business process management (improvement, redesign & re-engineer), business analysis, project management, policies & procedures.

My key strengths lie in engaging, managing, and growing stakeholder relationships and dealing directly with Change Management issues arising from the process and business change. Moreover, I think I can lead digital transformation programs and achieve the value behind them.

I understand the overarching needs of the business to deliver resilient outcomes both on-time and under budget. As a leader and mentor, I develop high performing teams and maximize business performance gains.
Moreover, I'm an MBA holder, PMP, BPM & TOGAF certified & soon will be finalizing my digital transformation masters from the ESCP Europe this summer
