* Bony beaks:
They are bony protrusions that arise on the edges of the bones, and they are not painful in themselves, but may cause pain when they rub against the nerves and neighboring bones.
*the reasons :
1- The appearance of bony beaks usually accompanies other bony injuries (commonly with osteoarthritis-osteoarthritis).
2- New bony protrusions form along the articular edges.
* Symptoms of bony beaks:
Friction with bones or muscles.
Reducing the movement of a joint.
Pressure on a nerve.
* Treatment of beaks:
1- bed rest
2- Putting ice on the place of pain
3- Use a corset to stretch the joint
4- Taking common analgesic drugs from the group known as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as the famous analgesic ibuprofen.
5- The patient learns how to protect the affected area in order not to aggravate her injury
