Responsible for both customers and employees

Establish systems and schedules for delivery and consultancy visits and respond to customer inquiries.

1. Management of weekly indoor plants order from the farm: Quality control of all plans and materials.

2. Responsible for all nursery merchandise, ensuring items are displayed and categorized in their designated areas.

3. Responsible for preparing/supervising all documents (i.e. quotations, contracts, deals, etc.) with/for showroom clients.

4. Daily transaction management: all sales balances and custody cash.

5. Supervising pricing and inventory control

6. Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating employees to do so.

7. Working on business development through knowledge of the market and its needs.

8. Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation

9. Processing promotional materials and offers
